If you’re in search of something truly one of a kind, consider staying in one of the theme rooms and suites that make up our Inspiration Series. Utterly fresh and unique, these accommodations are lively interpretations of a few of the milestones that have occurred during the lifetime of The Grove Park Inn. Theme suites are located in the Vanderbilt Wing.  Theme rooms are located on our Club Floor.  Theme rooms on the Club Floor are NOT suites and are smaller in size.

The Presidential Suite by Bob Timberlake
Unwind with friends and family in this comfortable suite - occupied by President Obama during his most recent visit.  A welcoming retreat decorated with the "sophisticated casual" furnishings and designs of North Carolina artist Bob Timberlake. (Shown in picture to the right.)

We pay homage to this exuberant decade with colors and textures that recall the era’s fascination with all things geometric, atomic and automotive. Suites are only available in the Vanderbilt Wing.

Gatsby
Plush Art Deco glamour makes this room feel like something from the silver screen, as if Fred & Ginger might come dancing through at any moment. Suites are only available in the Vanderbilt Wing.
