Your Polar TriFIT Assessment is a complete state-of-the-art fitness evaluation. At the end of the evaluation, you’ll receive a computerized personal profile with a detailed analysis of your health risks, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, flexibility and body-fat composition. Based upon this evaluation, our professional trainers will help you establish a healthy, doable plan to reach your personal fitness goals.
