Are there any additional service charges?
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is automatically applied to your bill and distributed to the staff. Additional gratuities are appreciated but not expected.
When should I make my appointment?

Spa services are always very popular with our guests. We strongly recommend making your Spa appointments when you make your room reservation. (Weekend appointments should be made three to four months in advance.)

Appointments for services are subject to availability. From noon on Friday through noon on Sunday, appointments are reserved for resort guests only. When making your appointment, please inform your reservations representative if you are pregnant or under a physician’s care.
What are the Spa’s hours of operation?

8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. daily. Hours may vary by season.

Why am I being told that I should check in at least an hour before my appointment time?

The Spa is more than just a place to receive treatments, it’s a destination in itself. The Spa’s otherworldly design features spectacular minerals such as our therapeutic waterfall pool, relaxation pool and lap pool, as well as myriad amenities.

To allow you time to make use of these amenities, we recommend that you arrive at least an hour before your first treatment. The exception is for those with 8:30 a.m. appointments, who should arrive at 8 a.m.  Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service.

Upon arrival to The Spa, you will be asked to complete a brief health form to assist The Spa therapists in providing you the best experience possible and to assure your safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your Spa experience. Use the time before your appointment to dip into one of the pools, relax in the sauna or sink into a Therapeutic Waterfall pool before your treatment — keep in mind, warm muscles benefit most from bodywork.
 
Afterward, linger in front of the fire in one of our luxurious men’s or women’s lounges. Or soak in the mountain views from our spectacular outdoor whirlpool. We encourage you to take your time and make the most of your visit.
What if I’d like to visit The Spa without having a treatment?

Try a Spa Day Pass, which lets you enjoy The Spa’s many amenities (such as hot tubs, steam room, eucalyptus inhalation room, sauna, waterfall whirlpools, one of our many mineral, lap or contrast plunge pools followed by a retreat to lounge by the fireside) without a treatment. Availability is limited, and Day Passes are not sold in advance.  When available, Day Passes may be purchased upon entry to The Spa.

Day Pass rates:
$55 Monday - Thursday, if you are a resort guest
$80 Monday - Thursday, if you are a non-resort guest
$80 Friday - Sunday, for resort guests only

Spa Access Fee

If you have a treatment scheduled, you may enjoy The Spa’s many amenities (hot tubs, steamroom, inhalation room, sauna, waterfall whirlpools or one of our many pools: mineral, lap or contrast plunge) at any time during the day of your treatment. 

If you do not have a treatment scheduled, you will need to purchase a Spa Day Pass.

The Spa is open for day guest access from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Without a scheduled appointment, you may purchase a Spa Day Passes at the following rates:

$55 Monday - Thursday, if you are a resort guest
$80 Monday - Thursday, if you are a non-resort guest
$80 Friday - Sunday, for resort guests only

*Day Pass availability is limited and Day Passes are not sold in advance. When available, Day Passes may be purchased upon entry to The Spa.

Twilight Spa Passes
Twilight Passes are available 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only

$40 for in-house guests
$50 for non-resort guests
First come, first serve

Twilight Pass sales are limited and are not sold in advance.  When available, Twilight Passes may be purchased upon entry to The Spa beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Does The Spa serve food and beverages?

Yes. Adjacent to The Spa’s main entrance you’ll find the Spa Café, which serves salads, sandwiches and wraps. Our café offers an extensive line of specially blended juices, smoothies and tropical alcoholic drinks. Refreshments may be enjoyed in the Spa lounge and by the outside hot tub.

Is there an age requirement?

The Spa is available for guests 18 years of age and older.

Spa Etiquette

Help us keep The Spa a sanctuary of tranquility and relaxation.  Please respect the quiet and privacy of other Spa guests by refraining from using all electronic equipment while at The Spa.  We also ask that you speak softly or simply enjoy the silence.  The Spa is a non-smoking facility.

 

Tours
To protect the privacy of our guests, tours of the facility are not available.

What to Bring
You will need to bring your bathing suit, sunscreen and sunglasses for our pool areas and workout gear if you plan to use the Spa fitness room.  Robes, slippers and towels are provided for use to all guests. Please do not bring jewelry to The Spa, as we cannot secure these or other valuables.
